Returns Policy
Returning products, canceling a transaction and changing an order:
Returning products and canceling the purchase will be in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the law according to the laws of the State of Israel, including the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
Canceling a transaction and/or changing an order and/or receiving a refund on purchases from the website when the products are not in stock and were ordered by special order is not possible, the products are not in stock and the website operator produces the products according to orders, therefore, it is not possible to cancel an order and/or receive Refund, except in the case that there is a defect in the product originating from the site operator.
When ordering regular products that are not special orders, it will be possible to return and/or cancel a transaction and receive a refund up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of transaction details, whichever is later, and all this as long as the product has not been used and/or its packaging has been opened.
Exchange of product(s) as well as its return(s), will be possible when the product(s) are returned in the original packaging and are completely new, without any signs of use and can be returned to stock for resale.
It is hereby clarified that it will not be possible to return damaged and/or broken products, subject to the fact that they were not delivered by the website operator.
The quality of the products sold on the site are of high quality, and whenever defective and/or poor quality products are delivered and/or there is a discrepancy that originates only with the site operator, the site operator will review the request and will be entitled at its sole discretion to replace the item or alternatively credit the customer in the amount of the item she paid and shipping fees.
Cancellation of a transaction due to a defect in the products or non-conformity, will be done by contacting the site operator in writing within 14 days from the date of making the transaction or from the date of receipt of a document attesting to it, whichever is later and on the condition that the site operator is notified of the defect within 48 hours at the latest after the delivery date, failure to provide Notification in the aforementioned time period constitutes a waiver by the inviter regarding any claim and/or claim in connection, for non-conformity and/or dissatisfaction on her part.
It is hereby clarified that it will not be possible to return damaged and/or broken products, subject to the fact that they were not delivered by the website operator.
It is hereby clarified that any completion and/or replacement and/or return of a product as stated in these sections will oblige the orderer to pay shipping fees as stated in the shipping fees chapter, except in cases of a defect in the product originating from the website operator.
