Shipping Policy
Supply of products in Israel:

Delivery of such products will be carried out by courier mail – subject to the delivery company with which the website operator will work. It will be clarified that if the shipping time is extended due to the constraints of the courier company (beyond 14 days), there will be no claim against the website operator.
The shipping fees will apply to the customer only, it is hereby clarified that the shipping fees are in addition to the payment of the order.
The site operator reserves the right to update the shipping fees from time to time and at its sole discretion, and does not undertake to notify in advance of such a change and/or update.
Delivery of products abroad:

Products will be delivered by the international shipping companies with which the website operator will work directly to the customer’s home, the shipping fees will be applied to the user only according to the costs of the shipping company.
It will be clarified that if the shipping time is extended due to the constraints of the shipping companies, there will be no claim against the website operator.
The user declares that the taxes for the purchase of the products, including customs, will apply to the user only according to that country and the site operator will not have any responsibility regarding these costs and there will be no claim against the site operator for these costs, the user is responsible for checking what additional costs she is supposed to pay for shipping international to her country.
It will be clarified that if the shipping time is extended and/or delayed and/or not delivered to the customer due to non-payment of import taxes, including customs in that country and/or delay by the authorities in that country, the website operator will not be responsible for this.

Delivery of the products for the customer:

The products included in the order will be provided by the site operator for as requested by the orderer, and subject to the fact that the site operator has the right not to supply any products, and this at its sole discretion.
It is clarified that the website operator will offer delivery dates according to its delivery capacity at that time and subject to its sole discretion.
The website operator will make every effort to deliver all the products as ordered and on time, but unfortunately not all products will always be available, therefore, the website operator does not undertake to deliver all the products as ordered and the customer will not have any claim and/or claim of any kind against the website operator for non-delivery Any product from the order, it goes without saying that a product that is not supplied by the network operating the site will not be charged.
It is hereby clarified that a customer who ordered a certain product and the product is not available for delivery, the website operator will do its best to provide her with an identical replacement product.
The customer service center will make an attempt to contact the customer in order to obtain her consent to supply the replacement item. If contact is not made with the customer, the website operator will not provide an item and the customer will not be charged.
It is hereby clarified that if, at the time of delivery of the products, the customer and/or someone on her behalf is not present at the destination for which the order of the products is requested by the customer, and the customer does not confirm by telephone at the customer service center that she approves of leaving the order at her door or anywhere else nearby, the order will be returned to the store, and the orderer will be responsible for coordinating with customer service the delivery date again. Failure to set a new order date by the orderer will not exempt her from paying for the order made by her.
When shipping the products a second time, the customer will be charged additional shipping fees in addition to paying the initial shipping fees.
It is hereby clarified that to the extent that the customer has approved leaving the order near the answering door or in another place close to it, the customer agrees and confirms that the responsibility for the products is hers alone and in any case of theft and/or spoilage and/or any other claim in connection with this she will not be able to come the inviter with claims and/or lawsuits against the website operator.
Failure of the website operator to meet the requested delivery date for any reason will not, in any way, exempt the customer from the obligation to pay for the delivery.
